About Institute

This Institute is established in 1999 under the aegis of Shri Banarsidas Chandiwala Sewa Smarak Trust Society, a charitable Society working in the field of Health & Education since 1952, with a view to provide quality education. BCIHMCT, New Delhi is a progressive Hotel Management Institute and is among the Top 10 Hotel Management Colleges in the country. The institute has created a niche for itself as a source of competent managerial and technical manpower for the hotel industry. The Institute is Accredited with Grade "A+" by NAAC , an autonomous body under UGC, as Quality Institution.

BCIHMCT, New Delhi is the First Hotel Management Institute affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi awarding a four-year degree in Hotel Management & Catering Technology and is approved by AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education) Ministry of HRD, Government of India. BCIHMCT is graded as an A+ Category Institute by Delhi Govt and GGSIP University, Delhi.

BCIHMCT is ranked amongst Top Ten Hotel Management College of the Country as per India Today – MDRA Survey in 2024.

BCIHMCT has been ranked amongst top ten Best Hotel Management Colleges in India as per The Week–Hansa Research Survey in 2024 (from 2016 onwards) Also, BCHIMCT has been ranked No 1 amongst Private Hotel Management Colleges in North Zone & No 2 in Private Hotel Management Colleges of India as per the survey conducted by The Week–Hansa Research Survey in 2022.

BCIHMCT has now been Ranked 2^nd amongst India’s top 30 Private Hotel Management Institutes by OUTLOOK-ICARE Ranking 2022. In fact, we have maintained Top Ten Rank successively among India’s 10 Best Professional Hotel Management Colleges of the nation by The Outlook Magazine, from last 14 years (2010 onwards).
